Dekoh press meet in Bangalore

Some exciting interaction at the press meet today. Technology journalists had a lot of questions about Dekoh — mostly to do with the seamless movement between the web and desktop that Dekoh promises — , and were eager to get their hands on the new product. Bhaskar Pramanik (managing director, Sun Microsystems India) and Professor Sadagopan (director, IIITB) were guests at the press meet.

Are you planning to build your own webserver + JSP/Servlet container? or planning to piggy back on something like Jetty?.

Srinivas,

We already had a small footprint web server+JSP/Servlet container. It is a very robust engine deployed at a huge number of production sites. We have tailored that for Desktop.
